A Week of Baking in Photos - Day I

Lebanese Street Sesame Bread - Kaak Bi Semsum
the dough can be shaped into a wreath or a round and then keep to rest in a warm place for
at least 5-8 hours.
The secret to this bread , is resting the dough.
